Cellar Door Inspired Truffle Tasting

Enjoy a relaxed, premium truffle tasting at RedGround, inspired by the intimacy of a cellar-door experience. Guests select an hourly arrival time and are seated for a tasting of seasonal truffle canapés and a glass of local sparkling wine (non-alcoholic version available) with the option to purchase additional beverages throughout the tasting. Each canapé highlights the flavour and aroma of our aromatic truffle varieties.

Each guest will be presented with an individual slate featuring a curated flight of five handcrafted canapés, designed to showcase the depth and aroma of our alpine-grown Australian truffles:

Golden crostini crowned with smooth white truffle butter and finished with delicate radish for freshness and crunch.

Smoked Salmon Blini with White Truffle Aioli
Soft blini topped with a dome of white truffle aioli infused cream cheese, folded smoked salmon and a caper accent.

Roast Beef on Seeded Cracker with Black Truffle Mustard
Thinly sliced roast beef layered on a seeded cracker with black truffle butter, black truffle mustard and delicate chive rings.

Baby Burrata with EVOO & Black Truffle Balsamic
A no-knot baby burrata served on a tasting spoon with premium extra virgin olive oil and black truffle balsamic dusted with a whisp of black truffle salt.

Black Truffle Honey Cream Profiterole, Gold-Dusted
A delicate profiterole filled with black truffle honey cream, finished with edible gold for a luxurious sweet finale.

• Picnic Hamper for Two

After your truffle tasting experience, select to add on a gourmet hamper featuring house-made sourdough, artisan charcuterie, truffle aioli, truffle mustard, selected cheeses, seasonal accompaniments, and our signature RedGround Truffle Chocolate Bark. Includes a picnic rug for you to use during your picnic and your choice of a bottle of local white wine, red wine, or sparkling to enjoy outdoors.

All tastings and selected add-ons are paid at the time of booking. Vegetarian and gluten free options are available with prior notice. 

Truffle products, gifts, and any additional beverages enjoyed during the tasting are available to purchase upon departure.
